Returns Policy

Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn and in good condition, with original hangtags and packaging, returned new or unused online with original Avancn receipt or online packing slip. And must be returned within 30 days. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or online packing slip. Actual refund amount depends on merchandise discounts, taxes, and condition of merchandise.

If you use Avancn's return label, $6 will be deducted from your refund amount for shipping and tax. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. If your return does not fall into one of the above categories, please see information about other returns/returns without proof of purchase. It may take 5 -10 days for your return to be processed after it is received.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Items are shipped by UPS or USPS. Any delivery times provided on the website are estimates only. In no event shall any exceeding of these times be detrimental to Avancn or result in the cancellation of the contract or any compensation for damages and interest. The risk of loss and ownership of such items passes to you when Avancn delivers them to the shipper. The items are always transported at the customer's risk, and the customer must check that the items are in good condition at the time of delivery.

Any problems with delivery (damaged packages, missing items from accompanying Avancn invoices, etc.) must be brought to Avancn's attention by contacting Avancn by e-mail, telephone or standard U.S. mail within a reasonable time. Processing time

Orders typically leave our distribution center within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your shipping address.
