1. Online Return Policy

• Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn and in good condition, with original hangtags and packaging, returned new or unused online with original Avancn receipt or online packing slip. And must be returned within 30 days.
• Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or online packing slip.
• Actual refund amount depends on merchandise discounts, taxes, and condition of merchandise.
• If you use Avancn's return label, $6 will be deducted from your refund amount for shipping and tax.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
• If your return does not fall into one of the above categories, please see information about other returns/returns without proof of purchase.
• It may take 5 -10 days for your return to be processed after it is received.

2. Steps to complete an online return

①. Log in
Ready to start your return now? Please visit our Returns page to start your return.
Do you have an account? Log in to your account and select "Returns" in the navigation to initiate a return.
Returning a store order? Please visit AVANCN.COM to start a return.
Without proof of purchase, please visit our Other Product Returns section.

②. Repackaging the item

• Pack the merchandise in the original container (if available).
• Attach the completed Return Form and the original Avancn receipt or packing slip.

③. Shipping Merchandise

• Attach the return label to the container.
